I printed the paragraph. I put it under the rubber cement. Sibley moved it. She asked if 700 million was a score. I said it was a threshold. She said thresholds are for doors. I said this threshold is a discretion.

You will not use the Llama Materials or any output or results to improve any other large language model, excluding Llama 2 or derivative works thereof, in that same agreement. Two clauses. One July. I am putting improve-any-other next to 700 million so a grocery line cannot call the license a gift. A gift can have a number. A gift can have a verb you may not do. Meta's license does not meet this standard; specifically, it puts restrictions on commercial use for some users (paragraph 2) and also restricts the use of the model and software for certain purposes (the Acceptable Use Policy). OSI said it had asked Meta to correct the misstatement that Llama 2 is open source. I will keep asked them to correct. I will keep would not qualify, which sat in the Business Insider walk of that same weather. I will not upgrade OSI to a court. A definition is a public. A public is not a docket.

The commercial limitation in paragraph 2, OSI said, is contrary to the promise that everyone gets to share no matter who you are. An Open Source license ensures developers and users can decide for themselves how and where to use the technology without engaging another party; they have sovereignty.
